The CAC is a multi-disciplinary arts center financially stable and professionally managed, which is dedicated ti the presentation production and promotion of art of our time. It accomplished these by organization, curated exhibitions, performances and programs, enlarging audiences and encouraging collaboration among diverse artists, institutions communites and supporters.
Our vision is that the contemporary arts center, be a multi-disciplinary arts center, nationally recognized as a leader in the presentation and support of contemporary arts, artist and emerging art forms, In doing so, it will explore and involve the diverse cultures of communities.

Editors Description:
This gallery had a fantastic national and international mandate and creates great shows with a lot of diversity. After the Hurricane wiped out the area though they where forced to rebuild and have just very recently re-opened.  With the challenged that there immediate community faces in this re-creation of the city, they have decide that it is in their best interests to promote and support the local community artists as much as possible.
